We publish our prices. You shouldn't have to make a phone call to find out whether you can afford to get help.

Start with a free conversation

Every new client begins with a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation. We talk about your primary concerns, what you've already tried, and whether these services are likely to be appropriate for you. There's no charge and no obligation — and if we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you.

If you'd prefer a longer, in-depth conversation in person before deciding, a dedicated in- person consultation is available for $250.

Insurance

We are a private-pay practice and don't file insurance claims. When appropriate, we can provide a superbill so you can seek out-of-network reimbursement independently. Reimbursement isn't guaranteed, and it's worth calling your plan to ask before you assume either way. Payment here isn't contingent on whether your insurer reimburses you.

Many clients use HSA or FSA funds. Check with your plan administrator.

The fine print, up front

— Payment is due at the time of service unless a written arrangement is in place.

— We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments and short-
notice cancellations may incur a $75 fee. Real emergencies are handled individually.

— Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling if there isn't time to do your session properly.

— Package sessions are reserved for you and are non-transferable. Unused sessions are generally non-refundable.

— Returned checks incur a $35 fee.

— Reasonable follow-up questions between sessions are included — we don't bill you for a
quick email.
